I was given a pack of Sky Sprouts' Organic Mixed Sprouting Beans as a present a few years ago and I have been buying them ever since. I've tried other brands and they've been disappointing, to say the least. These are always good quality and sprout quickly and easily, so very happy with them. Freeze-dried broccoli sprouts provide the perfect way to consume broccoli sprouts as an alternative to growing them yourself. I have them for breakfast, mixed in with full-fat yoghurt and a desert spoonful of extra-virgin olive oil, to make sure the any fat soluble vitamins are well absorbed.
