Growing Instructions

How to Grow Alfalfa Sprouts

  1. Add 3-7 tablespoons of alfalfa sprouting seeds to a sprouting jar.
  2. Fill with water, leave for 15 minutes, and then rinse.
  3. Fill again with fresh water and stir the seeds to ensure theyโ€™re covered.
  4. Leave to soak for 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Empty the water, fill the jar with water, give them a shake, and empty the water.
  6. Leave the jar on its side for the water to drain.
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for 4-5 days.
  8. Your alfalfa sprouts should be ready if soft enough.
  9. Store the alfalfa sprouts in the fridge.
