  5. Regular Rinsing: Rinse the seeds twice daily.
  6. Harvest: Ready to harvest in about 3 days.

Tips: Ensure consistent moisture and good ventilation for healthy sprouting.


How to Grow Amaranth Microgreens

  1. Prepare the Tray: Use a microgreens tray with organic soil.
  2. Sow the Seeds: Evenly distribute the soaked seeds over the soil.
  3. Watering: Gently mist the seeds to keep them moist.
  4. Lighting: Place the tray in a location with indirect sunlight.
