Our bestselling broccoli sprouts, carefully freeze-dried to preserve the nutrients and provide maximum sulforaphane content.
Research has shown that freezing can increase the sulforaphane content by up to three times.
Broccoli sprouts are incredibly nutrient-dense, containing many more nutrients than mature vegetable Broccoli, including up to 50 times more glucoraphanin (converted to sulforaphane). They are widely recognised as nature’s richest source of sulforaphane. See research by Dr Jed Fahey of the Cullman Chemoprotection Institute for more information.

Have a question?
Bit confused as have not opened yet. Are these sprouting seeds like say alfalfa? Soak and sprout in say a glass jar?
No, these are broccoli sprouts that have already been sprouted and then freeze-dried to maximise sulforaphane. They shouldn’t be soaked, they are ready to eat as they are (e.g. on salads or in smoothies).
Hi! Could you please tell me what the equivalent weight of fresh sprouts would be? It would be helpful to understand in order to compare costs. Many thanks
Hi. I want broccoli sprouts for DIM oestrogen balancing. I understand I can buy a biosnacky jar and some seeds from you but wondered what would be easier to grow – the calabrese or mixed with alfalfa and also what are the freeze dried ones for? Do you just use them instead of fresh sprouts? How do you store them? How long do they last? Are they crunchy as dry? Doe they have the same healthy benefits??? Thank you.
Sorry for the delay, somehow we missed this question.
– Alfalfa and Broccoli is easier to grow than straight Broccoli, though both are fine once you get the hang of them
– Freeze dried sprouts are to use instead of fresh sprouts, if you don’t have them. They can be stored in the kitchen cupboard as long as they are resealed between use. They are crunchy and dry. Yes, they have the same health benefits.
Many thanks! (:
