Organic Leek Seed


Leek sprouts have an incredible flavour. Leek contains large quantities of the sulfur-containing compound allicin that is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, as well as helping to neutralise dangerous free radicals in your body. Research suggests we should include at least one serving on an allium plant in our diet every day. Rich in Kaempferol, a natural flavanone known to promote a healthy heart, alongside huge doses of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This one packs a nutrient punch. The seed is extremely difficult to source but it is so concentrated in nutrients and flavour that you only need a small amount and we think it’s worth it.
