Growing Instructions

How to Grow As Sprouts

  1. Rinse 1 tablespoon of seeds thoroughly.
  2. Soak the seeds in a jar covered with water for 6-8 hours.
  3. Drain the water and rinse the seeds. Place the jar in a cool, dark place.
  4. Rinse and drain the seeds twice a day for 3-4 days.
  5. Once sprouted, place the jar in indirect light to develop the leaves.

Tips: Ensure proper drainage to prevent mould growth.

How to Grow As Microgreens

  1. Spread the seeds evenly over a tray filled with soil or coconut coir.
  2. Press the seeds lightly into the soil and mist with water.
  3. Cover the tray to create darkness and keep in a warm place for 3-4 days.
  4. Once sprouted, move the tray to indirect light.
  5. Harvest the microgreens when they have developed their first true leaves.

Tips: Keep the soil consistently moist for healthy growth.
