Just a modest serving of 100g delivers a substantial 38 percent of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for vitamin K, which is crucial for calcium absorption and plays a role in assimilating a range of other minerals such as iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, and magnesium.

I started using Skysprouts Organics Red Clover about 1 year ago, to alleviate my menopause symptoms, and I must say, it has been a game-changer for me. The resolution of all my menopause symptoms since incorporating Skysprouts Red Clover into my daily routine has been nothing short of remarkable. From hot flashes to sever allergies and acne, this tiny little organic sprout has truly made a difference in my quality of life.

Recently, I ran out of my stock of Skysprouts Red Clover, mistakenly thinking I still had some left. To my dismay, my menopause symptoms started creeping back, reminding me of the power of this supplement in managing my health and well-being. It was a clear reminder of how effective and essential Skysprouts Red Clover has become in my daily regimen.

I am so passionate about the benefits of Skysprouts Red Clover that I have recommended it to everyone and many of my clients. In fact, I even shared my breakfast featuring Skysprouts Red Clover on our Instagram and Facebook page @changingmindswithpickupapenny last weekend. The fact that Skysprouts products are organic gives me immense confidence in both the quality of the product and the integrity of the company behind it.

If you are looking for a natural and effective solution to manage your menopause symptoms, I wholeheartedly recommend Skysprouts Organics Red Clover. Trust me, this product is a game-changer, and you won’t be disappointed!

  4. s.wallace1 (Verified Buyer)

Good quality seeds, that sprout well and have a lovely mild and sweet flavour. Great in salads and sprinkled on top of soups and stews. I am using them as a natural form of HRT to combat hot flushes due to their phytoestrogens. Would definitely recommend

  5. Martin Hughes (Verified Buyer)

Nice, clean taste. Grew quickly. And has gone with all the food we’ve tried it with. First time we’ve had red clover, so reviewing off the back of this experience alone, which has been tip-top!
