Growing Instructions

How to Grow Black Mustard Microgreens

1. Soak the seeds for 6-8 hours in cool water.
2. Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a moistened growing medium.
3. Cover the seeds lightly with another layer of the medium.
4. Water gently but thoroughly, and keep the medium moist.
5. Place the tray in a spot with indirect sunlight and good air circulation.
6. Harvest the microgreens when they reach about 2-3 inches, usually in 8-12 days.

Tips: Ensure consistent moisture but avoid waterlogging to prevent mold. A little ventilation can help maintain healthy growth.
