    Lovely seeds but must be grown as micro greens not as sprouts.

    Don’t give up.
    After ten days your micros will be ready hut the longer you wait the more pungent.

    I also eat the soaked seeds after just soaking a cup for 8 hours I eat to help digestion.

Growing Instructions

How to Grow Coriander Microgreens

  1. Soak the seeds for 8-12 hours in water to enhance germination.
  2. Spread the soaked seeds evenly on a moist growing medium.
  3. Cover the seeds lightly with soil or a thin layer of the medium.
  4. Ensure the medium stays moist but not waterlogged.
  5. Place in a location with indirect sunlight and good air circulation.
  6. Water regularly, preferably with a spray bottle to avoid disturbing the seeds.
  7. Harvest the microgreens when they are about 2-3 inches tall, typically in 14-21 days.

Tips: Coriander microgreens require a bit more patience due to their longer growing time. Avoid overwatering to prevent mold growth.
