One of the most popular sprouts of all time, Mung is easy to add to recipes and is often called for in Asian dishes. It goes perfectly in stir-fries, noodles, curries and soups. Mung is known as the Detox Bean, as it helps the body shed unwanted water retention and flush out toxins, as well as having a high antioxidant content. Rich in phytoestrogens, which boost our health and support the liver. It has a fresh, sweet taste. One of our favourites to snack on when we’re busy working.
