Growing Instructions

Rocket needs to be grown as a microgreen so you will need a medium such as soil or coconut coir.

  1. Plant 1 – 2 teaspoons of seed (for a 12x12cm tray) in your choice of medium, ensuring it is very well moistened.
  2. Cover the tray with a plate or another tray to keep the light out and ensure it doesn’t dry out.
  3. Keep it moist but don’t soak.
  4. Once the seeds start growing leaves remove the cover so they have light, possibly even move them to a well-lit location as they will need it to grow well and harvest when you are happy with the size of them.
