Growing Instructions
Rocket needs to be grown as a microgreen so you will need a medium such as soil or coconut coir.
- Plant 1 โ 2 teaspoons of seed (for a 12x12cm tray) in your choice of medium, ensuring it is very well moistened.
- Cover the tray with a plate or another tray to keep the light out and ensure it doesnโt dry out.
- Keep it moist but donโt soak.
- Once the seeds start growing leaves remove the cover so they have light, possibly even move them to a well-lit location as they will need it to grow well and harvest when you are happy with the size of them.
