Just a modest serving of 100g delivers a substantial 38 percent of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for vitamin K, which is crucial for calcium absorption and plays a role in assimilating a range of other minerals such as iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, and magnesium.

I’m new to sprouting and these sprouts along with Fenugreek were the first ones i tried in my clay pots. Both types of sprouts were ready to eat at the same time, around 4 days. Super pleased with the result and along with the nutrients red clover provides, i hope it has beneficial effects on menopause.

Having never eaten clover before I must admit I was a little apprehensive about what they would taste like but they are gorgeous and with a gentle flavour. Very quick from soaking to harvesting. Can’t recommend enough

After a good soak waited patiently for the little sprouts to show. Did not have to wait long just a few days and my first ever try at sprouting erupted. Very please with the quality and taste can’t wait for my second batch to grow.
